Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

INTO is operated by Late To Dinner, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered address at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901-3618, United States. This policy describes how we handle personal information across the INTO application and the intomembers.com website.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, profile photos, bio, profession, city, agency affiliation, social media handles, and travel plans. We also collect device information, push notification tokens, and usage analytics. When you subscribe or purchase consumable items, we receive transaction metadata from the App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat — including subscription status, renewal dates, consumable credit balances, and consumable usage events.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide the INTO experience: displaying your profile to other members, enabling connections and messaging, processing membership and consumable purchases, sending notifications, and improving the App. Direct Message and Direct Message Request metadata (sender, recipient, timestamp, send status, recipient response) is processed to operate the messaging service, enforce community standards, and investigate reports. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Profile Visibility & Pause

Your profile is visible only to other verified INTO members. You can control where you appear — Home suggestions, the member map, and travel visibility — in Settings under Discovery. Pausing visibility hides your profile from discovery while keeping your existing connections, conversations, and group memberships active. Pausing your account entirely hides your profile from the App.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Photos are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

6. Third-Party Services

INTO uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Expo (push notifications), RevenueCat (subscription and consumable purchase management), Apple/Google (payment processing), Sentry (crash and error reporting), Google Cloud Vision (automated image safety screening), and GIPHY (GIFs in chat). Each service has its own privacy policy.

7. How We Use AI

We use automation sparingly, and only to keep INTO safe and well-run. Image safety. Photos you post to the community are screened by an automated service (Google Cloud Vision) for safety before they go live. We keep only the safety result as part of the moderation record, not a separate copy of the image for that purpose, and it is deleted when your account is deleted. Application review. We use automated scoring to help our team decide the order in which applications are reviewed; it affects prioritisation, not whether you are accepted. A person makes every membership decision. We may also use AI to help our team summarise applications, working only from limited, structured details (such as city, profession, and scores) — never your private messages, photos, contact details, or social handles. You can ask how automation was used in your case, or ask a person to review it. Training. We do not use your messages or content to train AI models. This is off by default.

8. Purchase & Subscription Information

When you subscribe to INTO Membership or purchase consumable items (Direct Message packs, Recommendation packs), we receive transaction metadata from the platform (Apple or Google) and from RevenueCat — including subscription status, renewal and expiration dates, billing-issue and grace-period state, consumable purchase events, and entitlement flags. We use this information to provision your membership, track consumable credit balances and usage, manage cancellation and expiration, and prevent abuse. We do not receive your full payment instrument; payment details are handled directly by Apple or Google.

9. Location Data

INTO never shows your exact location. Your presence in the App is at city level only: you set your city yourself — the map never sets it for you. Nothing more precise than a city is ever stored on your profile or shown to members. Travel plans are entered voluntarily.

10. Communications

Messages between members are stored to provide the chat experience. INTO staff does not read private messages unless investigating a reported safety concern. Direct Message Request metadata (sender, recipient, timestamp, send status, recipient response) is retained to operate the service, enforce community standards, and investigate reports.

11. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, messages, and associated data are permanently removed within 30 days. Transaction records that we are legally required to retain (e.g., for tax or audit purposes) may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

12. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or request deletion by contacting privacy@intomembers.com or through the app settings.

13. Children's Privacy

INTO is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will terminate it immediately.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
